These programs on infomercials, claim to enable you to buy properties for little or NO money down, and turn around to sell for huge profits. Has anyone tried any of these programs, and do they work??

LOL I know one of those guys. He is wealthy beyond what you can imagine. He NEVER did any of the things he "teaches" about. All of his money comes from silly people who think they can get rich with nothing.
Think about it....if it were true would real estate agents even exist? Nope, they would all do the magic trick as there is more profit to be had.

DON'T DO IT... If you notice it says "results not typical" to the ones who make a lot of money. Those were the lucky ones.

I'm happy to say I haven't. It seems pretty silly to me. Oh well, I don't really want to "get rich quick" anyway. God bless.
