Trusting him is a different thing altogether. It sounds like you may have an issue with jealousy.

Jealousy is always an emotion based in the insecurity of the person feeling it. The trigger is irrelevant. Whether your friend is merely out with the guys or sleeping with someone else, jealousy is always due to insecurity over them leaving you.

You can talk to a counselor about dealing with the insecurity or, if you don't wish that but do wish to deal with it, there are a number of articles dealing with handling your own jealousies and insecurities.

Though I realize you are not polyamorous, poly folks do have to deal with jealousy a bit more quickly than most folks, so you will find they have resources to deal with them. Articles on dealing with jealousy can be found on poly sites.

If there is no trust in your relationship you need to really think
things over before getting married.

One step at a time. If you don't have trust don't bother to get married, it well never last.
