Assuming you mean 'queer'... Well, queer is often used as a slur against LGBT people, but in terms of queer theory it's a positive term about identity in general. In short, queer theory posits that identity is not fixed, including sexual identity.

So no, not the same thing. Gay people have sex with those of the same gender, queers believe that identity and sexuality is not so two dimensional.

well if 2 men are in a relationship or a man loves another man in a sexual way then yes they are gay!!!as for queer....that the same!!its just different words for the same thing

No. Queer is a generic term and is also applicable to bisexuals, fetishists,... as well as gays.

All gays are queer, not all queers are gay.
