I just bought a box of microwave popcorn and am trying to figure out this label:
Serving Size: 2 Tbsp. (34)g) Unpopped, (Makes 5 Cups Popped)
Servings Per Bag: 2.5 (About 12.5 Popped)
Calories-As Pkgd./2 Tbsp.Unpopped 90 and Calories 1 Cup Popped is 20
Total Fat 2g
My question: If I pop a bag of this popcorn and eat it all by myself, how many calories will I be consuming, and how many grams of fat?

I forgot-I also need to know how many grams of fiber I will be consuming:
Per bag, there are 9 g fiber, but it says As Pkgd.?2 Tbsp.Unpopped 35% and only 6% for 1 cup popped

You have to multiply the amount popped by 5, because there's 5 cups of popped popcorn. I know this can be confusing sometimes.

So calories is 100 for 5 cups of popcorn, which is very little. Can't tell you the fat because you don't list the amount once popped.

Popcorn generally you don't have to worry about if you're on a diet, it's pretty healthy, it's the stuff they add in at the video stores that makes it bad. You can get shakers at the store that have flavouring, toss in some of that and there you go.

There are 2.5 servings per bag. That means there are
2(2.5) = 5 Tbsp of unpopped popcorn

What the first line is saying is:
5 Tbsp unpopped = 5 cups popped

So there's still only 2.5 servings per container. So, if there is 20 calories and 2g Fat for each 1 cup of popped, then there is 100 calories and 10g Fat in the entire package.

Did you add the "(about 12.5 popped)" in the servings area?

2.5 servings per bag is the key. Just multiply all of the numbers by 2.5 if you have the whole bag.

5 grams of fat. Calories I guess would be 20x12.5 or 150.

Popcorn is actually very good for you if you get the low fat kind. It's essentially just corn. Good carbs.

A sugar is a carb fyi. one million gram of carbs or protein is comparable to 4 energy, yet one million gram of fat is comparable to 9. they're energy in spite of in spite of in case you consume extra or under your on an regularly occurring basis allowance ... that's purely that in case you flow OVER and don't artwork it off via workout, your physique will save it away as fat. Oh and if the nutrition label confuses you because it pertains to carbs (which i think of that's) A label will coach "entire Carbs" and then how that breaks down and sugar may well be lined in that quantity so which you look counting them two times.

That will be 12.5 Cups Popped, which is 250 calories.
And the total fat is 2g.

Since you will be consuming 12.5 Cups Popped, that will be 0.06 x 9g x 12.5 = 6.75g fibre
