Lots of people ask questions, expect a detailed answer and do not bother to even give us critical information such as the operating system. Im going to guess you have XP with IE7. IE7 has lots of problems and should be replaced with Firefox available at www.mozilla.org. In a similar way, Microsoft XP/Vista has lots of problems and should be replaced with open source such as kubuntu at www.kubuntu.org

It's because your activeX was disabled. you could right click and choose ALLOW or something like that. you could also maybe try to explore the Internet Options in Tools.

If you do not have firefox get it now and use it instead of internet explorer so you dont get any more spyware http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/
here is a huge list why internet explorer is unsafe http://secunia.com/advisories/18787/?show_all_related=1#related
