Of course not. Democrats, like the Republicans before them, and worse than this instance on a consistent basis, fill important legislation with "pork". Movement to stop pork should be a part of the political dialogue by every single American!

Nope. Neither should America pay $900 million to Trent Lott to move Mississippi's railroad 90 feet inland. Nor $450 million dollars to Alsaka for two bridges to nowhere. Let them pay for their junk themselves.
