I'm catholic as my coworkers are but don't follow stupid rules such as no meat on Lent Fridays. Two Fridays ago, I had Marmalade Pork Chops and was given the 'evil eye' like nobody's business.

I had enough of this so I evened the score. I normally retrieve the take out on Fridays. My coworkers order Clam Chowder on Fridays so the night before I cut up 2 hamburgers in tiny little chunks. I stored them until I picked up the clam chowders. I then put these tiny pieces of hamburg in all their clam chowders.

As they were about half way through their clam chowders I asked "How are those clam chowders?". Most replied "delicious". I then stated "Good, because I placed small bits of hamburger in each one. Now you will all join me in H-E-L-*" They then realized I was telling the truth and knew the hamburg was real. Some even acted like they were going to regurgitate. Give me a break.

Now is this poetic justice or what? I'm so proud of myself - I'm still gleaming with satisfaction.

You are entitled to your beliefs as they are to theirs. However you have not settled a score....instead you have shown your immaturity, and are now gloating over a silly prank as a child would.

You are an idiot.

You've just made yourself the enemy of all your co-workers.

You might as well quit now, because you will find that nobody will trust you anymore, and some might want to seek revenge in ways not as harmless as putting hamburger in your chowder.

i don't agree with how your coworkers are treating you.

but, you shouldn't have done something as crazy as that. NO, IT'S NOT POETIC JUSTICE! They did not deserve that. You just actually proved to them that you are so affected by their reactions to your nonconformist ways...

ask yourself: why am i so affected?

I guess it can be considered a harmless prank, but if your proud of yourself, that's all that matters.

You should apologize to your co-workers, how could you be so inconsiderate of their beliefs?
