What notation can be used to write a note to yourself or othrs in theHTML code that will not appear in the page when rendered in a browser. Is it ------side , closed , hidden or browser comment. I know the question sounds and looks easy but I am not sure of the answer and my daughter just asked me. Please help.

The question is clearly expecting "comment" as the answer

Hidden elements will work, but techincally speaking a hidden element is only a regular element "styled" to be invisible.

A comment is designed to be ignored by any visual rendering.

If you're wanting to comment lines in HTML you can use
"" to end it.

That way, you wont see the text appear in the webpage, but looking into the background HTML, it'll be easily seen as a comment.
