Just like sparkpixie said, burning people is not wise. They might run around and ignite valuable property. Shooting is much more safe but could get a bit messy. Hanging would probably be best and the Government could cut costs by using the same rope several times. We need to hang on to Gitmo because there will always be some idiot willing to slaughter innocent people for some stupid cause.

hahaha, you got me. I was all ready to give you a load of logic on why Gitmo is needed, and lo and behold, the question masks the merit of the details.
My only suggestion would be to wait until a herd of treasonous liberal congressional delegates is there investigating the claim that we are giving the occupants prayer rugs of inferior workmanship made in China.
