This question has as much meaning as why I was born to be a human being. If you want to know why, ask your mum why she decided to give birth to you in Turkey. I don't think anyone else can answer this question for you. We can't choose where we are born. It's up to our parents to decide where to give birth but sometimes they don't have a choice either.
In case you are not happy about your birth place, just think of all the advantages of being Turkish.
