On men, I've found an eye-catching tie clip/pin and a small glimmer of color does the trick - it's more classy than those "look at me" tacky ties. Mostly, make sure your shoes are shined, watch is polished, hair (facial also) is groomed, and 1-2 sprays of cologne and your full image should be boosted to debonair - a complete package.
