Where are you? There are plenty of walk-in clinics in the major cities where you can be seen by a doctor who should be able to write a prescription.
Just go to google and put in 'walk-in clinic' followed by the name of the city you are in. If your health plan is employer related, contact your human resources department in order to get details regarding making a claim.
As a last resort, go to emergency. As in the United States, no one can be refused medical treatment due to an inability to pay. I say use this as a last resort because you will probably spend the rest of the day waiting to be helped as you will be triaged.

you sound like a cry baby.Either pay up front or head home.I can't imagine why it would hurt so much unless you broke your ankle and if you broke it your an idiot if you have not had it attended to.Most sprains only last a week or so a pain pill does nothing to fix the real problem it just masks the pain be a big boy and bite the bullet . if your in so much pain you cannot stand it try purchasing some illegal drugs off the street i bet they will work good.

I'm a nurse and seek a herbal store for some pain medicine. Many people are unaware of their effects, but be careful and ask questions while you are in the store, a person could OD just as a prescribed medication from a doctor. Take care and all the best.

Go to the emergency ward in a local hospital. Explain your situation and ask if there is anything they can do. It may cost you some money, but probably the cost will be reduced. Other alternative it to go to a Medical clinic and get attention from the clinic. Again, the cost will be less and they may give you a prescription at no cost.

go to a walk in clinic. You can see a doctor there. or you can go to a hospital Emergency room to see a doctor. Hope you feel better soon.as for paying for the appointment and the meds..you have no choice. Sorry. That is just how it works. It is illegal for anyone to just give you drugs without a prescription or doctors visit.

Pray, ask God your father to heal it and don't doubt. Or call the nearest Pentecostal Church and ask for a visit maybe a member of the church is a doctor, or nurse ask the Pastor or Minister there to come help visit you - it is the Churches job to reach the community. Elim Pentecostal Memer - tryed and proven.
God Bless!
