Another day another scam. THERE IS NO YAHOO LOTTERY.

You didn't enter, you didn't win and you'll have an empty bank account and a lot of legal problems if you reply.

I also received this notice : mine claims I have won 250,00.00 British Pounds Sterling...Here's the catch...You have to go to one of thier London offices to pick up your winnings...Option 2) they perform an electronic transfer which requires you to pay the fees,or they will send a represntative to give you a check,,,you also pay a fee for this service...Since most winners seem to be in another country they usually choose option '2'...Check on the web:

I've won that too, several times. To collect your money, you must send them your Social Security and Bank Account numbers. This is so they may report your winnings to the IRS and direct-deposit the money into your account.

In reality, what they will do is drain your bank account and steal your identity.

Hi Lili,

I get a couple of those a day. It is a scam. They wind up swindling you. Stay away from it and report the email as spam to your provider.

I bet you were asked to keep it quiet for now and to fax your bank details.

How can you win a lottery you haven't entered?

Chuck it in the bin.
