I live In NC, so what they call Radiant heat here is a wire looped from one end of a room to the other in between 2 layers of 3/8" sheetrock, what I do is Turn the heat on in the particular room you want to add the fan, using a Volt stick, a Pen looking device used to find voltage, you can get at any hardware store for $15 to $20, use the volt stick along the center of your room or till you find voltage(to make sure it's working and the volt stick is working you can also check a cord on a lamp to Double check yourself), When you find it and it's NOT in your way, get ready to add your fan, While at the Hardware store get a "Add a fan box" or "remodel fan box and bracket" .....then add your fan.....I do hope you know the rest...lol Hope this helps

How about installing oscillating wall-mounted fans at 3-4 sites along all the walls on your room?
