No. If you want Internet foer more than one PC, use a hub or a switch connected to the modem, and connect several computers to the hub. Ask in a computer hardware store about it, they'll tell you how.

WHY???? you could do it but its not going to give you 2 connections, its just gonna be 2 modems connected to each other, one will be getting an actual connection to the internet and the other a connection to that modem.....you need a crossover ethernet cable, but its totally pointless. If you are trying to get more than one pc to connect, you need a router or a hub, not more modems.
