Do you agree that spell-checkers...?

only hinder a person's motivation to remember how words are spelled? Is this not an even bigger problem in school-age kids?

No..I have learned how to spell certain words because of spell checker.

Actually I have found that it has helped my kids out rather than me telling them how to spell something.
