Surely, the ideal would be to go before you have sex.

How unpleasant that must be and it certainly isn't the norm.

Ditto with what everyone else has said. See a doctor.
If you make love before you get to go to the doctor make sure you use the bathroom and clean yourself out before having sex, so then maybe you wont do the doo.

Good luck

I also have that problem. It is due to anxiety. Try a relaxant before you have sex. I now tend to have flatulence instead of wanting to poop. Its a start. Better than the latter.

Try to have intercourse shortly after you have a bowel movement. If you have nothing in you it can't happen during sex.

It may be called incontinence when you cannot control something like this. Your best bet is to see your family doctor.
