I don't think Reagan was THAT successful or good for the nation, but at least he was like able. Not the brightest president we had either, but he was a good actor and had common sense. Bush is such an embarrassment.

I'm a liberal & I never understood why people think/thought Reagan was a successful President.

He was a suffering from the early stages of Alzheimers and looking at his newsclippings shows that very clearly.

He was a mediocre actor who I feel just put on performance for 8 years.
