I can either by a customized XPS dell desktop or an Auro m7900 alienware laptop. I want the one that is the best for gaming but will also allow me to carry out other needs, like doing homework. There both basically the same price and it will be stationed in a work station in my room. Tell me what u would buy and why. thank you

if you don't need it to be portable, then go with the tower, it'll be easier to upgrade and if needed, replace parts as well as upgrade. Laptops are more expensive to upgrade and don't last as long as a tower so theres another reason for ya.

hp or alienware! hp all the hp laptops come standard with 32 bit sound and a hd screen! on alienware, there is no limit!
