the ozone layer wouldn't be so bad,
people would be more healthy
alot more pepole on bikes
wider pavements : ) no roads
no drive by shootings! : )
get taken to hospital by helicoptors ; )
car mechanics, taxi drivers etc would be out of work!
no drink drivers! : )
no joy riders!
no one would die getting hit by a car
people would be late for work ; )

you could actually go on all day

the economy would crash because nobody could travel or go to work, shop etc. there would be no mail, etc. just stop and think what a car does? they wouldn't ban just cars it would be all transportation because how would people get to these other destinations?

If they tried it in the U.S., there'd be a revolt. The congress that voted for that would find themselves hanging from streetlights.

petrol cars will be banned because they are polluting the earth. luckily for me though i will be dead by then and the new generations wont care about petrol cars anyway.

It would take a hell of a long time for the Police and Ambulance and Fire services to get to you. Funerals would be quite different too.

economy will collapse - fuel taxes - excise tax - vehicle tax - import/export tax - unemployed sales people the list goes on - income tax - sales tax gst - dont you love taxes
