Not always. Sometimes, I can be wrong and badly wrong. Then I just pull my head in.

It depends, if I have a good point I will stand my ground but I also use my listening skills as you can definitely learn from others too. This means backing off to hear the other person's opinion.

I think there is a time and a place for both. When I know I am right about something and it's worth standing up for then I do. When it is something that is of little importance or I think I may be wrong about it then I back off. Compromising is a very important part of any relationship whether it be a wife, relative, or friend. I see people all the time that fight and argue about things that aren't worth the fighting over. I think people should always ask themselves if things are worth fighting over before they get upset about the small things. We have really important things that we should be putting our efforts into like our children, our wives or husbands, and our jobs. Precious time is too often wasted on needless fighting and arguing.

You should always stand your ground........that way people will never walk over you. It's nice to know your boundaries though! You don't want to be seen as a stubborn person. Definitely stand your ground when you believe in what your standing for. Don't be a pushover!!!!

depends the situation.. like when i press someones buttons i back off because I really wasn't trying to. But if someone wants to challenge BS then ill stand my ground.

I will stand my ground unless I'm proven wrong or it seems unreasonable to do so. I used to be such a pushover, now it takes a lot to make me back off.
