1- never wear makeup when you exercise
2- if you want to prevent lipstick from getting on your teeth, apply the lipstick. then place your thumb in your mouth, gently wrap your lips around it and pull it out of your mouth. you'll have a little lipstick ring and that represents all the lipstick that WOULD have been on your teeth!
3- when applying mascara, start at the base of the lashes (obviously) and gently zig-zag the wand back and forth as you go up in order to produce thicker-looking lashes
4- lining the inside of your lower eye lid with white or silver liner will make your eyes look bigger
5- if your feet are rough, slather them with some vasaline and put on a pair of cotton socks before bed. when you wake up, smooth feet! (if they're really rough, repeat as necessary)

Let's think.
1) Always remove make up and moisturise before bed.
2) Use a sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from ageing
3) If you wear makeup for work/ college/ uni remove it when you get home and let your pores breathe for a few hours before you moisturise.
4)Eating eggs makes your hair shiny as they are full of protein
5)Paint your nails with a few thin coats to make your varnish more hard wearing.
6) If you're between sizes buy the bigger size in bottoms as it will always make you look thinner than buying the smaller size. It's a weird optical illusion.
7) Never match your eye make to your out fit. It just doesn't work.
8) Long necklaces draw peoples attention to your bust line; chokers make people look at your neck.
9) You can fake a toned stomach with some fake tan and blusher - it's all in the shading!
10) if you wear dance skin or skin colour tights under fish net tights it makes your legs look thinner because your skin doesn't try to bulge through the fish nets - and your legs look instantly tanned.

1. Apply lotion after each shower to have soft and sensual skin.
2. Apply perfumed lotion to your neck and supplement with your favorite fragrance. It makes the fragrance last longer.
3. Drink lots of water for a clear complexion.
4. Take a multi-vitamin with one extra supplement of Vitamin E and C.
5. Apply mousse to your hair and then scrunch it to add lots of volume.
6. Apply chap stick before lipstick to add a natural shine and to extend the "just applied" look.
7. Smile a lot! Not only will you look better but you will feel better.

yogurt and lemon for the skin, as lemon dries out the oily parts while the yogurt moisturises and almnd oil for yor hair
