Is there a way for a dermatologists to get rid of any small brown spots or freckles on your face or anywhere on the body?

maybe lazer treatment, but freckles are cute and if u get rid of the they will probably reappear when u go out in the sun.

well, sortof...they can fade them...i guess if you got enough treatments, they could basically disappear but i don't know that that is very safe. There are also over the counter remedies to fade freckles, ask your pharmacist :)

i dont know if dermatologists can, but there is a laser procedure that does, im sure a dermo can give you more infrmation and refer you to one
