Click start >click run >type in msconfig click on the startup tab then uncheck everything there except your anti virus and internet connection . Click ok and your computer will restart .

If you do not have firefox get it now and use it instead of internet explorer so you dont get any more spyware http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/

to remove the spyware/trojan/virus run steps 1-2-3

1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://spywarekiller.hyperboards.com/index.php?action=view_topic&topic_id=4 do that now .Update it (Latest updates 21-3-2007) and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode

1b) Run AVG Anti-Spyware Free

2) Do an online virus scan to check and remove virus and spyware if you still have viruses on your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

Easiest way is to download software with a good reputation for removing the junk on your computer.
I use pro version of Ad-aware but the free version is still great and you would want Spybot Search and Destroy.
Install, update, and let them do their work.
You should have no problem after these are done

trust me .. just follow that ...

1-download that antispyware http://free.grisoft.com/doc/20/lng/us/tpl/v5
and install it

2- install www.ccleaner.com

3-go in safe mode ... go start>run type msconfig and choose diagnostic from the general tabe and ok then restart ur computer ... now run that antispyware and then run the ccleaner .. they should remove that pop ups ,, and do not for get to do all over again but choose normal instead of diagnostic
and also do not forget my 10 points lol

Have you tried scanning for spyware? There are many free ones out there. I found this guide pretty helpful, hope this helps. http://www.basicspywaretips.com/getridofspyware.html
