Has anyone read "Simple Social Graces: Recapturing the Joys of Gracious Victorian Living"?

This was written by Linda S. Lichter, and whilst I agree with the principles, I find her writing to be rather aggressive and parts contain rather inappropriate and unsavoury language.

I would like to hear what others think of this book.
