Several ways. Improve diet so that it includes lots of veggies and fruits. Add salmon once or twice a week (more than that increases mercury levels in your blood). Have a zinc supplement daily. Learn to relax. Get regular exercise.
You can try, although there is no indication that it will help, to stick to organic foods, at the very least, to reduce pesticide exposure. Farmers, who have way more exposure to pesticides than the rest of the population have no indication of reduced fertility as a group, which is why I'm not sure it's an effective approach. I would use BGH-free milk however.
Eliminate alcohol entirely (alcohol can reduce sperm count alone).
Recently, there have been some articles that certain plastics may lower sperm count. Nothing is for sure on that, but you might consider eliminating foods that are stored in plastic or cooked on plastic.
Don't forget boxer shorts and avoiding soaking in hot water or saunas.
If all else fails, IVF techniques are actually fairly successful for low sperm count men provided they are producing sperm and that sperm is healthy.

Are you a jocks or a boxer shorts person. The testicles need to be about five degrees lower than your body temperature to work effectively, that is why they are stored outside the body. If you wear jocks try wearing boxers for a while. This may just work.

see a herbalist, or doctor & have some blood tests done, check your hormone levels, you may be lacking in vital minerals that a change in diet or vitamin supplement can help with. Also loose pants, wear boxers, don't smoke/drugs, reduce alcohol intake, stress less.

I dunno about organic foods, but the rest of what they say is true. Also stay out of hot water. I don't mean trouble...though that could ruin the higher sperm count getting to it's intended target...LOL. I mean no hot showers or baths, and no hot tubs or sauna's. The heat from the water can kill off some of the sperm.
