Will just excercises help.How about the YOKO..YOYO etc height increasers available in the market....are they all fake?

I don't think so, because a man's growth stops after the age of 18. And so, if you are the tallest one in your family, there might be some genetic reasons also which might have restricted your growth when you were teenager, so i don't recommend you to take this height increasers.

You will not grow anymore. But who cares. There are just as many handsome shorter men as there are taller men. Men are too hard on themselves when it comes to their heights. There is no such thing as a real height enhancer. Don't spend anymore time worrying about your height. I know alot of shorter men with beautiful wives, and the only ones bothered by their height are the men themselves. Life is too short, be happy with who you are.

i'm 5'11, and im sixteen. i think which you will advance lots extra I relatively have been caught at 5 '11 for the reason that like 14 so from my journey it takes endurance and willingness to eat suitable and get relax.

I think you are done growing and don't believe that there's a magic machine to make you taller. I'm 5'4 and it's not so bad. I just have to use a step stool to reach things that are too high for me!

They are all fake. If it is important for you to increase in height, then it can be done surgically.

I was in your same situation. I started hanging off a chin-up bar every day. I got to 5'9". Never say never!
