Heartbreak is a killer for sure. It takes time to heal and yes it happened to me before. He knew he broke my heart but he didn't care. Felt so terrible and I really didn't know how I was gonna make it. I did however, it took time and I managed to get my heart back. It now belongs to someone else. Never lose hope. It will get better, I know from personal experience. Good Luck to you..XXX

I concentrated on just breathing for a very long time, until I didn't have to concentrate on breathing and the hole was magically gone.

Yeah they new and probably for some time. Things like this just don't happen at will. Yes it has happened to me and Pat was my best friend until she started seeing a friend of mine. He has profusely apologized but she has not said a word about it and her life is hell,lol.

yes......i have been there, but eventually you get over it and wonder what you even saw in them in the first place. and then you find the love of your life and you are so happy that they are gone and you are free to find this new love. just wait, it will all be worth it someday.
