GMAIL! I used Yahoo! for like 5 year and I still have an address but I only use it when I have to provide an email but don't trust the source not to spam me. I've been using Gmail for over a year and I think it's pretty much the perfect email service. It's much easier to organize, the spam filter is much better and it gives you so much more flexibility.

I'm using all 3 ...all 3 for different purposes!
Yahoo - webcam quality is best!
Msn - mailing easy n manageable n th ephoto uplaod tool is great!
Gmail - best thing to chat wen ur in offfice n cant use any messengers ;)

I popped my email virginity with yahoo but started hotmail and msn for messenger which I still use but not for email because of spam so I use my ISP for email.
Opened a few yahoos for YA.
