www.federaljobsearch.com - has anyone used this site?

i originally joined this sited when i left the military, and used it fairly frequently. recently, i noticed that you now require a subscription to be able to apply to these jobs. it seems a bit scam-ish to me, but i was just wondering if anyone has used this site currently or previously, whether you found a job through it or not, and how would you rate the site?

You may want to look on http://jobsearch.usajobs.opm.gov - or http://federalgovernmentjobs.us they have a huge list federal jobs.
