im trying to do an architectural essay on it, and trying to analyse how people use some of the spaces.

As others have stated you may run into a problem getting that information. I would suggest calling the Venetian and talking to a manager. Explain your situation and see if they would be willing to help you. My other suggestion would be trying a local Las Vegas library. They may have books on the casinos and how they were built.

Architect plans are copyrighted.
Your chances of obtaining these are slim to none, even if you were willing to pay the price. Not cheap in any case.

I don't know if you can for security reasons. You might want to try the county clerk's office, but I don't know if they can help.
