The way I like to be alert in the morning is to put the radio on, even if its a c.d. I love to put it up as high as I can. Sometimes I catch myself dancing around instead of worrying about all the traffic I'm gonna hit on the way to work. Give it a try!

get at least 7 hrs of sleep wake up and do some exercise even a brisk walk or something to get yourself alert. At first the waking up and exercising can be a pain, but afterewards you feel so much better, alert, and energized throughout the day-give it a try!

noise and light.. light really wakes me up.. but.. i also found out that excercising (even on bed!) could alert my body to get up! (i do 60 sit ups for my first thing to do in the morning! it also makes me more alert during the day.. i dont feel as sleepy if i dont exercise..)

Your favorite song! you can make a CD of your favorite songs ONLY HAPPY POSITIVE lyrics though nothing depressing even if u like it! heheeee...And I usually stretch that way you get your blood flowing through your body it kinda pumps you up for you day! Oh and Thank GOD for a brand new day! Its good to start off on a good note!
