I think the offside rule is awful. It should be put back to the original, straight forward idea that a player is offside if he is ahead of the last defender. Far less confusing for fans, officials and players.
I would also make the following rule changes :
Any player caught diving would be sent to a 15min sin bin
Any player arguing with an official would be sent to a 15 minute sin bin
Any injured player must restart off the pitch. Any player that injured him with any sort of intent would have to wait on the sidelines too.
Any player feigning injury would be sent to a 15 min sin bin
Managers would be allowed to say what they wanted about the refs and the refs would be forced to hold post game interviews as well
...and finally a salary cap set for each division to even things out and stop clubs buying success.

The rule that says we aren't allowed video technology to rule on goals (yet). I don't think they should be introduced for offside decisions, but for whether the ball crosses the line or not then definitely yes.
I also think that if a player injures another player (eg breaks his leg because of a terrible challenge or something similar to Ben Thatcher and Pedro Mendes) the offending player should be banned for the same amount of time that it takes the player to recover, as well a ban handed down by the FA.

I think the offside rule should only be taken into account inside the box.
Coaches should be able to make the number of replacements they want not just 3 or 4, or unless they should be able to make 1 more replacement during extra time when it finishes in a draw.
Penalties should be replaced by shootouts(like it was before in MLS) this I think was very smart from the MLS as the"shootouts" show more abilities from a player rather than only performing the Lottery penalties.

While not a rule; it's the salaries. They are totally out of control, not only in football, but in all sports. I love the game, and I do understand ones career can be short either by choice, injury or even if the player stays healthy and plays the normal 10+ years, but all those things considered, they are extremely over-compensated in my my opinion.

di_niro,
I don't like the out of bounds rule. On my team we have to throw the ball in a lot. It takes time out of our game! Then we don't score as much points. I wouldn't change any rules but they should put like a wall where the side lines are so then we could score more points and proboblly win but the other team would still have the same advantage. Off sides also drives me crazy!!!!!!!

Change the rule that says an injured player is taken off the field (opposition penalised) then play continues with the injured player being treated on the sidelines (non fouling side penalised) with 10 (wo)men still playing (double penalty).

The whole foul crap when someone is Tackled, I
mean it's one thing to get kicked really hard in the
shins but when he totally missus and the bloke
takes a dive really Pisses me off.
They should make a rule that if you take a fall and
it ain't legit than the other team gets the ball. The
players are like Professional Wrestlers always
pretending to be hurt and take dives, I mean they
are paid Millions of dollars and there scared to
get tackled, they should grow some balls and
toughen up.!

I don't know if this rule is till in existence but I don't like having free kicks inside the 18 yard box. I love penalties.
I also didn't like the Golden Goal rule especially when it was my team that was loosing, lolol

The fact that the players think they play for 90 mins, when i saw a game last week and after the match in the stats the ball had only been in play for 48 mins, I'd make it so the clock stops every time the ball is out of play. Lets start making them earn the £100,000 a week they think they deserve.

The offside rule, I think if the attacking player is more than 2-3 yards "offside" by the current rules, that he shouldn't be.
It will make the defenders earn their money and you wont get wrong decisions by the linesman
