It's probably too expensive, or they haven't thought of it yet. I'm going with....it's too expensive. Probably too heavy to fly.

Yeah right. First of all its orange not black. Second of all it is not indestructible, just very rugged, it can be damaged in a crash. And finally if they made the plane as rugged and sturdy as the flight recorder (black box) it would weigh to much to be economically flown.

That is an interesting concept! I never thought of that! Well maybe because the plane is to big it will be too heavy if it was made of that material.
