Sharad pawar commented on 28/3/2007 that Indian team has lamented before him, due to immense pressure of fans they have performed badly. So now he is in Samaritan's way, telling "understand" them.
If really this bunch of guys is under such pressure, then what about Australia which has been unchallenged for years and now vying for coveted cup.So definitely they must be under the pressure most possible.Yet we are seeing they are performing quite well.Is this real what team is saying or just want to put blame on self-less millions of fans?

Sharad Pawar can not shrug of his shoulders of this serious matter.
Anybody in Cricket field would say having zillion fans is a such a fortune to have .
You can ask from Australian ask from Sri lankan.
now blaming on honest well wishing supporters is ridiculous
we have facts.Sachin Yuveraj & Dhoni are the most responsible.See what happened..........
Look what we have got here...
We have solid facts for that.......
SL hasn't upper hand... on Indian match.
they gave away everything.
It was all the way for Asian Teams.
for this 2007 world cup
No more white people could beruling the Cricket World
But see how S.L & Bangla...... became top of the world right now...
Though S.L beat india They still had to give their best ever performance..When Robin Uthappa and Sourav Ganguly walked in, India had a target of just 255 runs, on a wicket which had dried and gone flatter. But nobody showed the determination to stay on, except Dravid. It was his flurry of fours off Malinga in one over that had raised the hopes of Indian fans just for a while.

As most critics say the real turning point was Sachin’s getting out to Fernando, through the gate for a duck. That was a vital blow. India could not recover. Sachin suppose to be super star & senior most player .Why..they pressed panic button ?Are they scardy cats? Whatever little chances India had went up in flames when Yuvraj was run out foolishly.

It is really worth analysing the difference between the two teams from the sub-continent. India’s strength was batting and given the proper conditions, their medium pacers and the spinners could be devastating. If not, their shoulders start drooping and the bowling goes haywire with all kind of experimentations. It could happen to the batting too.

Exactly opposite are Sri Lanka, except that their batting is as good if not better. We were the big brothers when they started. Now they are the elders. What an irony. They are better fielders for sure, and the bowlers bowl to the field under any circumstances unless it’s a completely off day for them.
But our Indian players?
But they now have to beat only 3 teams to advance easyly to much awaited semi finals.

No. All the blame should go to the team, Cricket Control board and Selection Committee. Now in Indian team instead of players only stars exists. Any way if they play or not play they have got enough money and wealth. The cricket control board should bring rules such a way that when a player get contract with the team, he should not do any business or earn money by going for other work.
The second thing is that besides of their past records, the present form should be considered, even if one is having huge numbers of records. They must go in to national level games and after proving their form and fitness only they should be taken back to the team.

If they can not play under the pressure, what they are doing in the team should quit and run their own aid business. Yes they are blaming their disastrous performance to the fan.
What to talk about Mr Sarad Pawar. He is the politician and all of us know, politician do nothing except promising to change.
Please don't accept BCCI to take some strict decision. These shameless player will continue with the team and can not be shown exit door due to the pressure of their advertisement company.

I think Sharad Pawar is equally ; if not more responsible for Indian Cricket Team 's performance . And I don't think Cricket Players would comment against the very Fans who in the first place put them on a high pedestal of Fame
and recognition .

In ODI it would not count number number how the crew is or its previous archives.yet how the total crew performs on that diverse day. in the different case India does no longer have received the international cup(1983) W.I. became a concepts extra valuable crew and they'd a superior record in international cup. in this tournament Pak performed extra valuable cricket than India and gave a huge objective. even with the reality that still it became obtainable besides the indisputable fact that the psycological stress of finals / objective Indian men could no longer triumph over. Wicket of Yuvi may be considered as a turning factor of this sport and failure of Chawala 80 5 runs in 10 overs became also deadly

Fans don't play on the ground. So, how can fans be blamed ? Sharad Pawar is a patient(cancer patient) & has old age too. So, a patient can not be expected to talk like a normal person & hence cannot be taken seriously.

When you are competing in International level you should learn how to perform under pressure too. It is a shame that such experienced players like Sachin, Ganguly, Sehwag, Dravid etc. tilt under pressure. In fact when you are put under pressure your performance should rise above par.

If they cannot handle the 'soft' pressure of the fan, they better quit cricket, which requires a lot of pressure to win, seeing the condition of bangladesh team, a young and inexperienced team, which can create immense fear and pressure to the indian cricketeer.
