Well, could be either crystal meth (but don't think so cause that is a solid) or it could be a honey oil of some variety (made from marijuana) that has been placed in a baggie instead of the normal vial. Might also be a form of liquid cocaine, which has the effects that you describe.

its crystal meth (methane) also knowen as "P" highly eddictive,more harmful than cocaine or heroin,one of the biggest crazzez since the 70's,claiming more lives than any other drug on the underground market,never tried it,never will,highly explosive when in the process of being made

But I am going to say, "You shouldn't do drugs that you don't know what they are!!!"
