A data base that was built using the field "full name" instead of breaking it out to "first name" "middle" and "last name". I added 3 columns to the spreadsheet in Design Table view, with the headings "first name" "middle" and "last name" and began breaking the full name out into those columns. BUT the forms used on the data base don't recognize the changed DB. I want to keep the forms because they have subforms attached. What's the easiest way to change the content of the main data base and have the rest of the forms and related tables updated? Many thanks on helping me out!

Bad news. Forms and queries do not auto update when you change the database. You'll have to go in manually and edit or create new forms

is any of the fields a text cloth field if so you may desire to encompass ' on the begining and on the top as an example in the journey that your next quantity is text cloth filed then it fairly is : the place [Collections].[nextNumber] ='" & [Cubic_Meterage].[Collection_Note] & "'" if it does not sparkling up the priority you are able to deliver me your db purely with question and table.
