further,but i want a job,now should i go to MBA or M.Tech i m not able to decide which one to opt,should i prepare for CAT or GATE,plz can anyone help me

If you have a technical degree and are having trouble finding a job, chances are it's not a lack of a masters that's the problem. I'm guessing either that your resume isn't written well, or you are not interviewing well. Technical people tend to fall down on written and verbal communication. Have a professional in your chosen field look at your resume and make suggestions. Also ask to be put through a hypothetical interview so you can get practise and feedback. Good luck.

why not talk to silver medallist or others who are doing mtech or MBA and ask their views. You did not mention your college and university. Some colleges have such bad reputation that employers straight away reject their candidates.
