Most of the time, if not all, when you get implants that doctor cuts through the milk ducts to put in the implants, your plastic surgeon should have told you. The rings won't be a problem, but if you try to breast feed with implants you will have a VERY painful experience. I know breast feeding is best, but I would not try it. Try using Enfamil Lipil as it is closest to breast milk.

There could be scar tissue built up that blocks milk ducts. I would try anyhow, the benifits for the baby are amazing if you breast feed. You may feel discomfort, that will subside.

It could do, it depends on what type of implants you have. You'll need to speak to your GP or midwife about this but I'd say it will make it pretty diffucult.
