me and my best friendhave been freinds for a really long time!we wont over to each others houses and did everything togethor we even like the same girl.but then this kid comes along and my best friend satrts talking and so do iand then we all becom friends(bad idea!)i dident realy have a choice but i dont care.so now this kid keeps coming over to my best friends house and stuffand evertime i try to talk to my best friend he keeps interupting me i tell him to shut up but he wont.me and my friend also made a best friend tree where we put our names on it but now my best friend put the other kids name on it.now at this moment the kid is at my best friend house eating and playing video game and doing his hw my best friend dident ask me to come over and evrytime i call my best friend wont pick up or when he does and i tell him to call me back he wont and i really dont want to lose my best friend or be 2nd best friend. i was temted to ask who he likes more but i dident.what should i do?i am12

Heyya. Been there , it was a long time ago but it hurts alot. What I did was find a buddy at school to hang out with and my best friend got jealous and well we all started to hang out again. They are still my best friends to this day and that wasn't yesterday:)

Its hard having someone else come and join your best friend but you have to realize that its ok to have more than one friend. maybe he feels you are being possesive. You should tell your friend that although you are happy for this boy to hang around with you,you miss the quality time you used to have for each other. See if he will agree to spend a couple of nights a week when its just the two of you like old times. If this doesnt work you need to decide wheather to share his company or lose it altogether.

I've been there and hurts so much, we friends again though it's not the same any more. What you need to do is talk to your friend and ask him if he still wants to be friends with you...... don't be rude to him. If it doesn't work out then find other friends I have another best friend and I'm happy with my other close friends believe me he is not the only best thing that can happen in your life.

hooo been there bro. I'm 15 now. You gotta learn to let go. This may seem hard, but when you start highschool, you will know. Just hang with other guys.
Remember, no matter what happens, you will still be friends. He knows this.

gosh i made the mistake of asking my 'EX' bestfriend who he liked more.... so no dont eva do that, maybe just talk, things happen for a reason and i'm sure you won't be second best.
