Yes I will unlock the money in my house. I don't want the grand kids selling my house when I peg it and squandering my hard earned money on drugs and cheap cider. I had to work down pit for 70 years to buy my home.

Don't be taken in by these kinds of schemes. They still add Interest to the loan and you could end up owing more than the house is worth.
