Anyone that could help with these I will be grateful. I have tried searching but cant get the answers and I dont have the relevant books. Please help.

2) Same as HTML, 1,2,3,4,5,& 6 are available.
Not sure about the other two. I would reccomend that you try looking at W3schools.com.

Email programs do mostly have an interpreter built-in. Poor question though.

Its been a while since I've studied web design but i can tell you. a) is not a HTML/XHTML markup interpreter.
