You need special training and permits to keep rare and exotic species, including tigers. Many zoos have sponsorship programs that allow you to sponsor a tiger to be professionally kept in a zoo, but for most people, privately keeping a tiger is out of the question.
Experts in this field will tell you that baby tigers may look cute, but they are still very strong, and as they grow older, their instincts will take over and they will be quite physically and emotionally capable of killing their "owners".

If you are genuinely serious, volunteer at a zoo or animal rescue center to get a feel for the level of involvement, risks and costs first.
There may even be zoning issues relating to this in the town you live in.

I'd say your best bet would be to become a volunteer at your local zoo. Tigers belong in the wild not in somebody's house.

if you want to adopt one. then ni. they wont let you and youll most likely be seriously injure or dead witthin the next four years or most likely sooner.
if you are talking about helping to raise a zoo cat, then youre have to get a job at the zoo and work well for a long time before theyll let you. even if they do then it will be very, very, very, very, very time consuming, dangerous, and really really really hard. Do your research!
