Has everyone on here gone crazy? Since when has weed been cool? Ok, yeah everybody has probably tried it at least once or twice but to sit around all day and smoke and do coke?? If your boyfriend's idea of a life is smoking weed all day then you need to run VERY fast the other way. Get away from him and his loser friends that sit around all day smoking out, popping pills and snorting coke.
I don't think that weed is actually addictive, I think that lazy people love it because it gives them an excuse to be lazy. Don't be like that you are better than that $hit.

Weed is only addictive psychologically, it really does not cause withdrawals other than maybe your mood for a couple of days....the other drugs I wouldn't know, since they are chemicals you are definitely more likely to become addicted and suffer serious withdrawal symptoms. Your boyfriend just happens to like smoking....no problem unless he starts to use other hard stuff. I can understand where you say you are not addicted to weed, when I was younger I did for quite a while but the minute I found out I was pregnant, it was a goner, and I felt fine.

Yes, it is addictive. Like alcohol to an alcoholic. Once you do it for so long every day you have to have it or your personality changes...like you are grouchy or angry at everything...nothing makes you happy any more. Smokeing pot is addictive and very mind disturbing. It alters your personality. My advice is to get out of the relationship and find you a drug free mate. Most pot smokers are lazy and don't earn a good living. Don't get your life caught up in that world.

I started tobocco smoking at the age of 12 and smoked upto the age of 33. From age 27-33 has seen many efforts to quit that. Many resolutions. That efforts become fruitful for last 4 years and now I am completely de-addcted from urge to smoke. In that process, I had to quit my occasional drinks, non-veg etc. But, now I feel satisfied on my effort. Why my story? I do not advise anybody if I do not know about it. Weed I never smoked. But, all addictions are dificult to crack. Till 2 years of completion of my non-smoker status, I was afraid of falling back. My advise is hlep him to come out, but do not give any commitment till he comes out. All the best.

-"To" all weed smokers ( get back in school ya pot head)!
Weed is sublimally addictive, also He might have a addictive personality or addictive gene trait.
He will move to stronger drugs ( I said will -this is fact)
coke is not nearly addictive as speed or heroin and if he gets a whiff of crack then its Too late, he is a goner and wont stop until he is institutionalized.
sorry he is a loser and you can do better with out him unless you are weak and "codependent".
move on, many guys can fill your needs you do not need him..
weed is not that strong of an addictive drug unless you mix it with other drugs.
you little twit, come here and let daddy take care of you> I will be your sugar daddy if you want.

The addiction is all in the mind but he has been smoking it for so long he doesn't know what its like not to have it in his life, probz the same wit his mates. Not everyone gets addicted to it. I think I can't go without sumtimes but I do manage it and then enjoy it betta wen I do get a spliff. Everybody is different tho. x

I wrote letters weekly for nine years to a woman. I never saw the face or heard her voice. Then she finished her sentence at a correctional facility for women and I stopped writing. In doing drugs she lost twelve years of freedom. I let her go to
find that freedom. Her pain and suffering remain with me. It,
that life, can go away. The reader can make it happen. Or,
in your future, there is a harder way to end it. Choose.

I dont know how old you are but you need to get out of there. Drugs only cause problems. he nneds help and you do to get out. speaking from life experiance. I am going thru a divorce right now due to drugs. my I come home from work early one day and found her smoking a joint in the livingroom in front of our 2 kids.
Ask yourself this do you want your kids to grow up to be DRUGGIES? I dont think you do. find yourself a new boyfriend!
