The mail says that a random selection was made from 3million email addresses and I was one of 255 selected winners. I guess it is a fake but it seems true on some part. What do you think is it?

Totally fake. You don't get a green card through random email selection. (See the USAFIS explanation of the scam, link below.) I've gotten those emails from them too, and I'm a US citizen with absolutely no need for a green card!

Green card lottery is real, but they don't send out email notifications to millions then select you from all those. This is a scam, playing on the real thing, which is how scammers get their information. Put it in spam and forget it. Don't open any more from them.

they're an organisation providing green card applications for foriegners wishing to live & work in the us, they'll submit your application (& your family) for an anual fee, if you're not selected you'll need to pay again for another year, i've been recieving their emails for years, check with the us embassy in your country

contact d USAFIS by phone to confirm. If it's true, you'll receive a letter by regular mail, anyway.
