1.comfortable knee-length denim skirts are available, and
they don't fly up, considering they're made of denim.
2. i've never tried this, but you can wear shorts under and safetypin the skirt to the shorts, but that would probably be a little weird.
3.wear skirts on sunny, wind-less days.

I would wear them shorter, so you have a better chance at meeting a rich guy who can support you, because it doesn't look like you will land a decent job anytime soon based on your spelling and grammar.
