This is right step towards right direction.let the kashmiri people to think that they are integral part of india by not having so large force on their land.if we have not large forces in nrth east despite of so much violence by terrorist groups and in chhattishgarh ,andhra pradesh and jharkhand despite the recent terrorist activities then why we have large forces in kashmir.this led the coming of negative thinking among kashmiri on communal line and joing their hands with violence loving people. The large number of arm presence in kashmir presnet our case as occupier not own state.let the people of kashmir a chnace to see the state in different perspective.other wise we have the capacity to go in state like previously.

if kasmiries want this...we have to do this.

so the opinion of the kasmiries should be taken care.

even if they want to go independent leave them.
