It just really depends on the wrestler. Some really do try to stay in shape (Benoit), for others that wasn't needed in their gimmicks (Foley). If they are trying to stay in shape, the diets differ, but historically speaking chicken and some seafoods have always been popular. These days pasta is big.

I found this on the internet. RANDY ORTON'S DIET: My diet is actually fairly simple. I stay away from carbs after 8pm or so. And as far as carbs go, I eat a limited amount, usually from mostly potatoes, oatmeal, and pancakes. I try to eat 250 grams of protein a day. About 60% of my protein intake comes from supplements. I like Isopure Meal Replacements, and Protein Powder. Nitro Tech is good as well. I also eat protein bars from Lean Body. Most of the protein I eat from food I get out of egg whites, steak, fish, chicken, milk, and cottage cheese. Sushi I eat around 3 times a week. If I have a sugar tooth, I like ice cream. It is hard to eat good on the road, but you can do it. There is no excuse to eat junk!

well one has to remember that a professional wrestler isn't like a pampered baseball player...s/he literally has to drive themselves across country to these matches..
triple H and China always drove these road trips together..so one could only imagine that they didn't eat "healthy"...
hardly a bodybuilders diet.
Behind the scenes of RAW..they showed that the company had a buffet table spread out with various foods for the wresters to eat before and after the matches..
But one has to remember that people like triple H were working out lifting weights and doing around of physical activity in the ring.
I would suggest you try to eat 6 smaller meals...spaced throughout the day..get alot of high quality proteins..egg whites/tuna fish are a good poor mans protein diet program

iam guessing the same things as a body builder would eat. Mass up on protiens and no carbs after 6pm of sumthing like that.

WELL ALOT OF WRESTLERS SAY THAT SINCE THERE ON THE ROAD ALL THE TIME THEY JUSS EAT WATEVER THEY CAN.... SO AFTER A SHOW ITS REALLY LATE THEY EAT WATEVERS OPEN.... BUT WHEN THERE AT HOME THEY EAT AS HEALTHY AS THEY CAN..... THEY EAT 6 SMAL PORTIONED MEALS A DAY....
