By "the Goddess," I am referring to Inanna, the goddess I love. She was/is the Sumerian Goddess of Love and Beauty.

Amazonite, Chrysophase and Marble. All 3 are receptive in nature. Chrysophase is particularly good in success in new ventures. While I appreciate your asking for "white witches" surely you know that witches don't come in colours but it is the intent of the witch. If I had to have a colour associated with me it would be yellow or green! The colours of divination and healing.

By saying "white witch" I can only assume that you mean a witch with pale skin because magic is neutral and has no colours, there is so much misinformation out there. Also making an offering to any God or Goddess is a religious/spiritual process and has nothing to do with magic. A wizard or witch that uses magic for ill and evil is a dark witch or wizard.
Why not try a quartz, the colour is your choice, or alternatively an emerald gem stone to attract success/luck in your life etc.

It's been a while since I've seen that term... I thought I might have met my first racist pagan.
Any way Quartz is most commonly used by people who use the terms "white" or "black" in their magick. It's a regular energy amplifier and and director. It puts your best in your efforts, what ever you are focusing on at the moment.
Who is your goddess specifically? If your about to say THE goddess I'd say go with quartz.
Okay Specifically then Rose Quarts, it'll harmonize with your goddess
I don't think there's a crystal that offends the goddess, it's offensive when you don't know what you are doing.
