Like to take this opportunity to repeat a proposal to accept the term "calpurnian arrangement" into Psychology studies. Calpurnia in Harper Lee's novel taught her son Zeebo to read bookprint (no school would dare do that) and she was main person in the trinity of women who nurtured Scout toward adulthood; Alexandra, Maudie, and Calpurnia.

Perhaps Harper Lee and To Kill A Mockingbird is not well known? As time goes on, perhaps others will recognize these characters from Lee's novel or movie...

It's not the fault of the answerers, it's the fault of the questioner.

We know who Harper Lee is and what To Kill and Mocking Bird is, we just don't understand what on earth a "Calpurnian arrangement" is - do you mean something which is good but illegal? Something done by a mother in defiance of the law? Something done by black women for their sons?

If you want to coin a phrase, you need something which is much more self-explanatory than this.
